• Photos and video of members taking part in club events.

• To administer membership and collect fees due
• To contact members to make them aware of events and other activities at the club
• To comply with our rules for example notifying members of AGMs and other formal communications

We will not share your information with any third parties for their marketing purposes. We will not sell your data on to any third parties.

How Long do we keep your information?

We will keep your personal information for as long as you remain a member. Once you cease to be a member we may keep your personal information for up to 8 years in order to maintain records according to rules that apply to us.
