Notice of Annual General Meeting.
It is planned to hold the Annual General meeting of the Gunfleet Boating Club on
Sunday 31st July 2022 in the club house starting promptly at 10.00 am.
All paid up members are invited to attend.
The nomination board for committee members will be available in the weeks leading up to the meeting. Please ensure that any nominee has agreed to stand and have a proposer and seconder.
Please note that any resolution that members wish to submit under rule 15J should
be sent to the secretary to be received at least 7 days prior to the above meeting.
Please ensure that you sign in at the above meeting on the record sheet that will
be provided.
